Hubbell Realty Company seeks a Floating Maintenance Service Technician to support multiple apartment communities in the Des Moines metro area. Responsibilities include unit make-readies, repairs, preventive maintenance, and timely work order completion while upholding quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
The role participates in a 24-hour on-call rotation for emergencies; regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.
