Join a dynamic team responsible for sheeting walls and roofs of data centers across the country, ensuring high-quality standards in steel fabrication and installation. This role requires flexibility to move from project to project approximately every 3-4 weeks.

• Oversee the sheeting of walls and roofs for data centers, ensuring all work meets project specifications.
• Lead a team of 4-5 crew members, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Coordinate project activities to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Adapt to changing project locations and conditions, maintaining high performance throughout.

• 2-3 years of experience in insulated metal panel installation.
• Proficiency in steel fabrication, sheet metal, and welding.
• Experience in construction and framing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading crews of 4-5.

• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and installation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
