UnityPoint Health is seeking a Pediatric Home Health LPN to work one-on-one with children and families in the home, developing the care plan that fits each patient. Flexible full- and part-time openings are available with a Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–7:00 AM shift and occasional weekends.
