** We are looking for a driven, curious, and talented Senior Data Scientist to join our growing TZAI team and help deliver new data products for our customers. Data is at the heart of everything we do and you will be able to make an immediate impact for our company! This role will be responsible for developing cutting-edge predictive analytics and machine learning models to help our customers make better, data-driven decisions.

There is significant room for you to develop models and analytics ranging from time-series forecasting to Generative AI to computer vision. You will regularly work with our customers, designers, and engineers to build products used by leaders across the agriculture industry. You will have the unique opportunity to work across the entire data product lifecycle from customer discovery, exploratory data analysis, model development, and model deployment.

* Lead end-to-end design, development, and architecture of our solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
* Drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on our solution architecture and development roadmap.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
* Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of user data.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Salesforce development and architecture, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7+ years of overall software development experience
* 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, etc.)
* Strong leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring teams of engineers in Agile environments.
* Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practicesExperience
* Second-Generation Managed Packaging (2GP) for package distribution
* SFDX for automation and scratch org creation
* JavaScript or Type Script or other modern programming language
* CI/CD solutions (Github Actions/Azure Dev Ops/Jenkins etc.)
* SQL and Data modeling
* API and ETL integrations
