• Average up to and over $20+ per hour with wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement.

• Deliver orders to customers safely in your vehicle.
• Assist with basic kitchen operations (wash dishes, empty trash, stock items, sweep, mop, cashier/front counter, answer phones, cut pizzas, etc.).

• Must be available for at least 30 hours per week for 1 year for full‑time benefits.
• Must have your own vehicle and insurance.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver’s license: valid for at least 1 year if 19+, and 2 years if 18.
• Less than 2 tickets in the last 2 years or 3 tickets in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility.
• Must be comfortable driving in moderate Midwestern weather conditions such as snow and rain.
• Must consent to background check and MVR check.
• Must acknowledge that the job will ask you to do more than just deliver (wash dishes, empty trash, answer phones, etc.).
• Must keep vehicle well maintained and personally insured.

As a Pizza Delivery Driver, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for timely and efficient delivery of orders to our customers. With core skills in delivery driver experience and customer service, you will ensure that our pizzas reach our customers hot and fresh. Your premium skills in satisfying customers and safe driving will enhance the overall delivery experience.

A valid driver’s license is required for this role. Join us in providing excellent service and delicious pizzas to our valued customers.

Standing & Walking – Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile with linoleum in some food processing areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48". Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location.

Lifting & Carrying – Bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more. Cases in the store weigh up to 50 pounds and may be lifted from floor to shelves up to 72" high. Large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough also carried.

Pushing & Pulling – Trays placed on dollies up to 24"–30" require a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push or pull.

Climbing & Stair Usage – Sometimes required to navigate stairs or climb a ladder. Deliveries may involve five or more flights of stairs.

Reaching & Squatting – Reach above 72" occasionally, reach down to scoop cornmeal, wash dishes, and perform other tasks. May squat or crouch to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Driving – Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift.

Hand & Eye Coordination – Continuous hand use required. Frequent strong wrist and forearm use when shaping dough, using a pizza peel and rolling cutter, and assembling cardboard boxes.

Equipment & Tools – Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza cutter and peel.
