• Pay built to add up. Earn a base of 65
  
  CPM on all miles, plus a performance bonus worth up to 10
  
  CPM for on-time delivery, attendance, and paperwork - pushing total pay up to 75
  
  CPM and up to $80,000 per year.*
• Extra pay for extra work. Earn $20 stop pay on every stop beyond your first and last, plus $35 per load for pallet jack unloads, so the work you put in shows up in your check.*
• Home most nights. Run a dedicated account with home time most nights and only occasional overnight stays out on the road.
• Steady, dedicated freight. Run multi-stop dry van freight (3-4 stops per load) for a dedicated non-grocery retail account across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana, with 1,900-2,000 miles per week based on load availability.
• Modern equipment. Drive  model trucks built for comfort and reliability on the road.
• Get paid to get started. Earn $500 orientation pay to help you start strong, and ask your recruiter about an available bonus for military veterans.*

• Coverage that backs you up. Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and holiday pay.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months recent OTR experience
• No more than 3 preventable accidents within 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
• Must live within 50 miles of University Park, IL
