Concrete Foundation Foreman
Are you a concrete pro with a talent for leading crews and laying rock-solid foundations—literally? We're hiring a Concrete Foundation Foreman for a full-time opportunity based in the West Fargo area. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage the chaos of a job site while ensuring quality, safety, and precision every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead and supervise foundation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout site elevations, and ensure accurate footing and wall placement
- Manage the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundations including walls, footings, and piers
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure timelines and specs are met
- Monitor job site safety, material use, equipment care, and crew efficiency
- Review and verify timesheets, material logs, and daily reports
- Ensure compliance with all site requirements and internal company standards
- Experience leading foundation crews in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong working knowledge of foundation systems, concrete forming, and structural layout
- Capable of directing teams, solving problems in real time, and mentoring less experienced workers
- Comfortable communicating with contractors, engineers, and inspectors
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with high safety standards
- Able to enforce policies professionally and support a strong team culture
- Weekly competitive pay – $30-$40/hour (DOE)
