Senior Superintendent, Data Centre Overview Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for data centre projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and addressing any challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in construction management.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in large-scale construction projects, preferably within the data centre or high-tech infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are highly desirable.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring all activities align with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct site meetings with subcontractors and project teams to review progress and address any issues.
- Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols through regular inspections and training sessions.

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and documentation.
