Elementary Primary Classroom Educator (Grades 1-2)
We are looking for educators excited to work with our elementary learners for the school year! The Elementary Primary Classroom Educator (Grades 1-2) creates an engaging, nurturing, and safe learning environment that allows learners to develop their physical, social, and emotional wellbeing; providing instruction in academics, future ready skills, knowledge, and dispositions to be compassionate, lifelong-learners, and contributing citizens in a rapidly changing world.

Qualification Requirements:
- North Dakota Teaching License with appropriate accreditation to teach elementary grades 1-2.
- Bachelor's Degree in elementary education.
- Experience and/or knowledge of Personalized Competency Based Learning (PCBL).
- Experience and/or knowledge of Restorative Practices.
- Prior experience managing complex learner behaviors or working with behavior plans.
- Experience working in an elementary school setting is preferred. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
Language
Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondences in the English language.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, expressively, and reactively.
Other
Skills and Abilities:
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion, and good judgement.
- Adhere to the assigned work schedule by maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
