As a systems engineer on our team, you will develop, maintain, and enhance systems using next‑generation technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), data science, data analytics, or machine learning. You Have- Experience with system engineering processes, management, and principles in an academic or internship environment
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Scheduled to obtain a Master's degree by Spring or Summer 2027
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies and associated activities
- Ability to use requirements gathering and tracking to support IT system development
- Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred to be pursuing a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Compensation and BenefitsSalary is determined by location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000 to $108,000 annualized USD. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
