As a systems engineer on our team, you will develop, maintain, and enhance systems using next‑generation technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), data science, data analytics, or machine learning. • Experience with system engineering processes, management, and principles in an academic or internship environment
• Experience working in a team environment
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Scheduled to obtain a Master's degree by Spring or Summer 2027

• Knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies and associated activities
• Ability to use requirements gathering and tracking to support IT system development
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred to be pursuing a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Salary is determined by location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000 to $108,000 annualized USD. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
