About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Aerospace Pneumatic Project Engineer for a leading aerospace engineering and manufacturing company in West Fargo, North Dakota. In this role, you'll lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of aerospace pneumatic systems while supporting production readiness, quality initiatives, and customer requirements. What

You'll Do as an Pneumatic Project Engineer:
  • Design and develop pneumatic systems and components for aerospace applications.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with engineering, production, and customer teams.
  • Author, update, review, and approve technical work instructions and documentation packages.
  • Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and analysis of pneumatic systems.
  • Lead resolution efforts for non-conforming pneumatic and mechanical assemblies.
  • Develop tooling and test solutions to support production quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
What You Need to Bring to the Pneumatic Project Engineer Role:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of recent aerospace engineering experience with a focus on pneumatic systems.
  • Experience writing work instructions and procedures for critical aerospace components.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and structural assembly build and test processes.
  • Experience with test equipment, automation systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD design and mechanical system integration.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and aerospace documentation.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
