Accounting Intern

• Creation/Documentation/Maintenance of Monthly Management Reports
• Improve/Maintain Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple branches
• Validation of mappings from local ledger to corporate ledger
• Ad hoc Financial Analysis and follow-up on monthly reporting package
• Complete monthly Journal Entries through Oracle software
• Submit month end financials into BPC software and complete BPC to Oracle reconciliation
• Complete module closes at month end, i.e.: AR, AP, Fixed Assets
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts through Blackline software throughout the month
• Assist in the Chart of Account process by adding accounts and mapping in Oracle

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with Finance/Accounting Concentration
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
• Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow written instructions

Demonstrates strong capabilities in financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and the use of financial software such as Oracle and BPC. Possesses attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a team-oriented environment.
