Consumer Loan Specialist

As our consumer loan specialist (CLS), you will assist members through the receipt and process of current transactions (new accounts, consumer loan products, IRAs, notary services, etc.). You'll be our go-to for assisting and communicating with our members to help them reach their goals no matter how big or small.

Here's what you can expect:

• Answering member requests relating to the function and servicing of their account
• Cross-selling credit union products and services based on the members' financial needs
• Referring, processing, and accurately delivering all deposit, loan and non-balance sheet products
• Effectively communicating with coworkers and members

Here's what we expect:

• 40 hours a week, typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, plus one Saturday a month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Two years of related work experience required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
