  • Define and enforce data governance policies and workflows for vendor record creation, maintenance, updates, and deactivation, including documentation of standards and escalation paths for exceptions
  • Coordinate directly with vendors to ensure data submissions meet Command Link's requirements for accuracy, completeness, and formatting prior to entry into the system

  • Monitor vendor master data health on an ongoing basis through regular audits; identify and resolve gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies proactively
  • Produce and maintain project timelines, data quality dashboards, and stakeholder-facing status updates throughout the migration phase and into ongoing operations

  • Familiarity with systems integration concepts: how vendor data flows between platforms via APIs, how to communicate data requirements to technical teams, and how to participate in integration testing and issue resolution (development experience not required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent work streams across both project delivery and ongoing data operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work directly with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams
