We’re currently hiring a Dealer Specialist
—an energetic, customer-focused, and motivated individual to support multiple departments and keep our dealership running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, active role that’s ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with equipment, and wants to grow in the industry.

- Assist Rental, Sales, and Service departments with day-to-day tasks
- Transport equipment to and from customer sites or between stores
- Help set up and conduct customer demos and equipment orientations
- Wash, detail, and maintain both new and used equipment to showroom condition
- Keep indoor and outdoor equipment displays clean, organized, and professional
- Perform light mechanical work and basic maintenance on machines
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard, shop, and display areas
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients onsite or during deliveries
- Learn dealership systems and processes to support the business as needed
- Valid driver’s license required (Class A or B CDL preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person)
- Prior experience working around equipment is helpful, but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to work outdoors and in a physical role (able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to operate equipment (skid steers, loaders, trailers, etc.) or willingness to learn
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have good communication skills

- This role involves helping customers on job sites and during demos. Do you have good customer service skills?
