Provide individualized attention to residents to maintain or attain highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing;
Carry and follow assigned resident care plan at all times;
Attend to residents’ needs including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and range of motion as indicated by care plan;
Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident in the delivery of services;
Lift, move, and transport residents using gait belts, transfers, or lifts as identified by care plan
