POSITION: Shipping Associate
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm (OT as required)
PAY RATE: $20.00 - $22.00+ per hour (DOE) + Full Benefit Package
LOCATION: Minnkota Windows West Fargo, ND

This position is responsible for handling all aspects of product shipping, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and safely. The Shipping Associate will work closely with production and inventory teams to prepare products for shipment, coordinate deliveries, and maintain a smooth flow of goods from our warehouse to customers with integrity and professionalism.

• Engage in team-based lean and continuous improvement activities to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Inspect products for defects or damages before shipping, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare products for shipment by wrapping, packing, labeling, and staging items in accordance with company guidelines with integrity and professionalism.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring all goods are securely loaded for transport and handled with care to prevent damage.
• Communicate with the logistics team to ensure on-time shipments and handle issues as they arise.
• Maintain organization in the shipping area, ensuring items are stored correctly and inventory is easily accessible.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in helping retail customers when needed.
• Prompt and dependable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
