ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assemble various purchased and manufactured components to company specifications
• Use various hand and power tools to assemble products
• Enter information into the computer system
• Drive forklift
• Other duties as assigned

Agriculture background not required but basic knowledge is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to calculate basic mathematics such as adding, subtracting and multiplication.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Internet software, and be highly comfortable working on a computer on a daily basis.

Must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment with limited daily direction. Should be a self‑starter and punctual.
