Warehouse Coordinator

Twin City Garage Door is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our West Fargo, ND team. • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
• Auditing and reconciling physical stock with system records.
• Oversee the process of handling return good authorizations (RGA’s).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist customers and technicians with locating and loading materials.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Monitor vehicles and equipment; coordinate necessary repairs, replacements and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Mechanical aptitude, skilled at using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record a must
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Position is full-time, day shift.
• Pay range is $24-28/hour depending on experience.
