Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at 7600 W Route 30, Frankfort, Illinois. In this fast‑paced and fun environment you will greet customers, operate the cash register, offer purchase suggestions, and support store operations both inside and outside the store.

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Operate the cash register and perform cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and support the food program.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness in various areas.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily while working with a team to achieve daily goals.

• Selling products to customers.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and enjoy fun.
• Team player who can accomplish daily goals.
• Quick thinking and ability to offer suggestions.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Experience as a sales associate or cashier.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds (ground to overhead) up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds (ground to waist).
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at waist with twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Operate eye‑hand coordination, use ladder for retrieving materials.

Hiring range: $16.00 to $16.25 per hour.
