About the Role

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the full AP process and support daily accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, efficiency, and being an essential part of the finance team.

What You’ll Do

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Match, code, and enter bills into the accounting system
• Handle weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain vendor files and assist with W‑9s and year‑end 1099 preparation
• Research and resolve AP discrepancies
• Support month‑end closing with AP reports and reconciliations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of AP or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Quick Books, Sage, or similar systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
