- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, unapplied cash, short payments, and aging variances
- Perform detailed account analysis and prepare supporting documentation for audits
- Partner with billing, collections, and cash applications teams to improve processes
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews
