A client of CFS is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. • Apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Perform relationship-focused collections on past-due accounts while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Prepare and assist with customer billing and invoicing.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure timely collections.
• Cross-train in Accounts Payable and provide backup support as needed.

• Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in an accounts receivable role.
• Collections experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
