• Prepare monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio.
• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support annual audits and tax preparation activities.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiencies, and strengthen internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and advance professionally.
