Audit Senior

• Lead and perform audit engagements from planning through completion
• Prepare and review audit work papers, financial statements, and supporting documentation
• Evaluate internal controls, accounting processes, and financial reporting
• Identify accounting and audit issues and develop appropriate solutions
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve questions
• Review the work of Staff and other Associates and provide constructive feedback
• Assist with complex accounting and technical research as needed
• Help ensure engagements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable professional standards
• Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted resource
• Contribute ideas and process improvements to strengthen the audit function
• Support and mentor less-experienced team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of audit experience, preferably within a public accounting environment
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and auditing standards
• Experience managing multiple engagements and competing priorities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification is preferred
