Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper

• The Bookkeeper will manage the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities
• Process payroll and provide support during month-end close
• Reconcile bank and credit card while ensuring financial records remain accurate and up to date
• Assist with accounting, administrative and other business needs as they arise
• Record, organize and track financial transactions using accounting software

Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, including familiarity with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail

Salary: $45,000-$50,000
