We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and dependable professional to serve as a Personal Assistant / House Manager. This dynamic role supports a fast-paced executive lifestyle across three residences and an office environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, stays three steps ahead, and thrives in a diverse, fast-moving setting.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage personal and household calendars and appointments.
- Monitor and pay personal and household bills with discretion and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of organization across residences and office; oversee light household coordination as needed.
- Liaise with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well maintained.
- Manage household inventories and supply restocking across all locations.
- Provide occasional support with college-aged children including logistics and scheduling.
- Plan and assist with private and professional events.
- Coordinate vendors, guest logistics, and on-site execution.
- Ensure smooth and discreet event management.
- Excellent driver with a clean driving record.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
- High energy, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in high-level support or household management preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong confidentiality boundaries.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong initiative and ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong financial responsibility required (credit check will be conducted for fiduciary purposes).
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- Tech-savvy with scheduling, calendar, and task management tools.
- Dependable, punctual, and highly trustworthy.
- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
- Mileage reimbursement or vehicle provided (based on arrangement).
