We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and dependable professional to serve as a Personal Assistant / House Manager. This dynamic role supports a fast-paced executive lifestyle across three residences and an office environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, stays three steps ahead, and thrives in a diverse, fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage personal and household calendars and appointments.
  • Monitor and pay personal and household bills with discretion and accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards of organization across residences and office; oversee light household coordination as needed.
  • Liaise with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well maintained.
  • Manage household inventories and supply restocking across all locations.
  • Provide occasional support with college-aged children including logistics and scheduling.
  • Plan and assist with private and professional events.
  • Coordinate vendors, guest logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure smooth and discreet event management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Excellent driver with a clean driving record.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
  • High energy, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in high-level support or household management preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong confidentiality boundaries.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong initiative and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Strong financial responsibility required (credit check will be conducted for fiduciary purposes).
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
  • Tech-savvy with scheduling, calendar, and task management tools.
  • Dependable, punctual, and highly trustworthy.
  • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
  • Mileage reimbursement or vehicle provided (based on arrangement).
