Hoffman Executive Assistant to Executive Chairman

The Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman serves as a highly trusted partner responsible for managing and coordinating both personal and business-related priorities. This role functions as an extension of the Executive Chairman, providing proactive support that enables effective management of personal affairs, philanthropic initiatives, real estate interests, and select dealership-related business activities.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of executive assistant, personal assistant, family office, or similar high-level support experience.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as apple products and overall technology.

Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
