Registered Dental Hygienist

We have flexible part‑time and full‑time, on‑site role for a Registered Dental Hygienist at Blue Back Dental's West Hartford, CT location. The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for performing routine dental hygiene procedures, assessing and identifying periodontal disease, conducting dental prophylaxis, and educating patients on oral health. Additional duties include ensuring a safe and clean clinical environment and collaborating with the dental care team for optimal patient outcomes.

• Proficiency in Dental Care, Hygiene, and Dentistry
• Expertise in Dental Prophylaxis procedures and maintaining oral health
• Knowledge and experience in identifying and managing Periodontal Disease
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Connecticut
• Commitment to maintaining a patient‑focused and team‑oriented approach
• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred
