Long-Term Substitute Technology & Engineering Teacher

West Hartford Public Schools is seeking a long-term substitute in Technology & Engineering at Hall High School from February through April 10, 2026. This position will teach grades 9-12. With units in Computer Science, Robotics, and Engineering, candidates with technology and computer science experience are invited to apply. Ideal applicants will hold or be eligible for a State of Connecticut Technology & Engineering teaching endorsement (047 Technology Education, PK12).

Primary responsibilities include planning engaging lessons and developing instructional materials and assessments. Creating a welcoming and structured classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be prepared to teach any assigned Technology & Engineering unit from the program of studies and be a team player willing to work in a strong, collaborative environment.
