West Hartford Public Schools seeks a dynamic teacher to support our Post‑Secondary Program at the start of the school year. Ideal candidates will have experience implementing IEP transition goals and objectives, demonstrate strong communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. The anticipated end of assignment is December 2026.

CT Certification (165) is preferred, though not required.

Salary: negotiable according to the teacher’s salary schedule.
