The American School for the Deaf in West Hartford, CT, seeks a Dean of Students to manage the residential life program for behaviorally involved deaf and hard of hearing students. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, implementation of educational programs, and collaboration with educational teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred) and experience with emotionally challenged youth.
This position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after one year of service.
