Willington Public Schools, .5, Ashford Public Schools, .5

Ashford Public Schools and Willington Public Schools have a mutual contract for a full-time BCBA. The successful candidate will provide services for 2 days a week in each district, and rotate the 5th day. This full-time (1.0 FTE) Board Certified Behavior Analyst serves students in grades preschool to grade 8.

• CT BCBA license/certification
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or other related fields
• The successful candidate will have effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully with students, staff, families, and the community.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), write reports, and present at PPT meetings
• Design, implement, and analyze data trends for individual Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with and provide ongoing coaching and consultation with families, teachers, paraprofessionals, and other service providers
