Extraordinary Needs Paraprofessional

West Hartford Public Schools seeks an Extraordinary Needs Paraprofessional at Bugbee Elementary School to support students with special education needs and facilitate access to the learning environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work directly with students who have special education needs to create access to their learning environment and support unique needs and abilities.
• Assist with physical duties, which may include helping with mobility and self-care routines.

The role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and attentiveness to job responsibilities, contributing to an inclusive classroom community.

Salary: per the paraprofessional contract.
