TRIUMPH is seeking a full-time Special Process Manufacturing Engineer in West Hartford, Connecticut to oversee manufacturing processes in heat treat, plating, and chemical processing. The role includes developing operational sequences, driving continuous improvement, and providing technical support to production. The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree or a related associate degree with at least five years of experience and strong mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities also include managing design procurement of tools, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry specifications. The salary range for this position is $75K - $112K.
