, bridge rehabilitation
, and transportation structures

You'll join a highly respected bridge engineering team delivering projects that improve how communities connect, travel, and grow. • Lead the structural design and delivery of bridge engineering projects from concept through final design.
• Design new bridges and rehabilitation solutions for existing transportation structures.
• Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and prepare construction documents.
• Complete bridge load rating analysis using AASHTOWare BrR.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary transportation teams throughout project delivery.
• Review shop drawings, engineering calculations, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and resolve construction issues.
• Respond to RFIs and provide technical support during construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
• Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and quality management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and help ensure successful project delivery.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Connecticut.
• 5+ years of experience in bridge engineering or transportation structures.
• Strong background in bridge design
  , rehabilitation, and structural analysis.
• Experience with:
• STAAD
• SAP
  2000
• CSI software
• AASHTOWare BrR
• AutoCAD
• Open Bridge Modeler
• Knowledge of:
• AASHTO
• AISC
• ASCE
• ACI
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
