- Engineering degree
- Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related - Lean/Six Sigma & continuous improvement experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- CAD & ERP experience
- Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and process capability
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves engineer who likes being close to the actio
