• What You’ll Do
  • Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service, team development and financial success through growth and sound fiscal decision making.
  • Translate firm vision into an actionable business plan, set objectives, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans, pursue service expansion within existing clients, pursue new clients, and participate in proposals.
  • Coordinate firm resources to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Provide meaningful training and development opportunities, challenge staff with increasingly complex work, provide timely feedback and recognize efforts.
  • Oversee profitability through effective utilization of personnel, appropriate rates, and timely fee collection.
• Work closely with client executives to understand their businesses and manage financial and operational risks within their systems to ensure technology risks are managed.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and industries through direct client interaction while handling multiple aspects of engagements.
• Think independently and strategically to recommend business and process improvements based on client operations and objectives.
• Provide strategic business advice by assisting in implementing new processes and controls that address key risks.
• Assess, manage and optimize business risk across operational audit, ERM and SOX compliance.
• Review clients’ processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify design and execution gaps, and communicate issues and recommendations to clients.
• Be responsible for significant new business development, including identifying, sourcing, pursuing, and winning risk advisory opportunities.
• Produce comprehensive executive summaries and final reports for delivery to clients, documenting and reviewing engagement work papers per industry methodologies.
