A well-established financial advisory firm is seeking a Registered Client Service Manager to play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position partners closely with advisors to support client relationships, execute financial plans, and manage the operational and administrative aspects of client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Support client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing service needs
  • Prepare for client review meetings, including reports, documentation, and follow-up items
  • Process account-related paperwork (openings, transfers, distributions, Roth conversions, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM and advisory systems
  • Support advisors with financial planning, reporting, and account management
  • Assist with trade execution and ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met
  • Contribute to client events, marketing initiatives, and referral tracking
Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of client service experience within a financial advisory or wealth management firm
  • Active Series 7 (or
    6) and Series 63 (or 66) licenses required
  • Strong understanding of financial products, client service workflows, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, financial planning software, and Microsoft Office
