Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Compliance

Rapidly-growing, private equity-backed roll-up expecting to triple in size in the next three to five years through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. The incoming Controller will build out the people, processes and systems to support this growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive process improvement initiatives that leverage technology to increase efficiency, strengthen reporting and support better decision-making.
• Work closely with senior leadership on the financial integration of acquired businesses while helping establish consistent processes across the organization.
• Influence how the finance organization evolves by introducing best practices, improving workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.

This role offers significant exposure to the private equity sponsors and executive leadership team, along with the opportunity to help drive a successful exit and position yourself for future senior finance leadership opportunities.
