Connecticut – Full-time | Part-time. Schedule options include 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts; weekday and weekend options.

We help people recovering from brain injury, stroke, and traumatic brain injury live and recover at home through community care and home‑based supported living services.

• Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
• Ensure consistent safety and provide a healthy and professional friendship.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Shop, cook, and clean with the client.
• Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Drug screening required.
• 1 year of experience working with disabilities (preferred, not required). Provide a verifying letter from a person and/or employer.
