Financial services firm in Fairfield County, CT seeks a recruitment coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. Must have high-volume scheduling and coordination experience. Financial services experience is preferred.

This a 3-month contract with potential to extend

4-5 days/week onsite in the office

Pay rate: $40-45/hr

Recruiting Coordinator

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coordinate and manage individual and group interview schedules, ensuring timely communication and updates.
  • Facilitate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to process recruiting and vendor invoices efficiently.
  • Provide on-site support during interviews, including greeting candidates and managing logistics.
  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events, ensuring successful operations and candidate engagement.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ATS systems, supporting recruitment analytics.
  • Assist in the coordination of summer internship programs, enhancing participant experiences.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or recruitment coordination roles required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools like Greenhouse is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient task management.
  • Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments such as financial services or investment firms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborative and resourceful approach to tasks and projects, contributing to team success.
