Business Systems Analyst; S4 Hana

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst specializing in SAP to join our dynamic IT team. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP modules and integrations, ensuring compatibility with existing systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other enterprise applications.
• Conduct system design reviews, including solution architecture assessments and system hardening practices to enhance security posture.
• Manage ETL processes for data migration and integration using tools like SQL, PL/SQL, and No
  
  SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure components including cloud environments (AWS, Azure), virtualization platforms (VMware, ESXi), and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing Jenkins, Git, and Dev Ops methodologies to streamline development workflows.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and threat intelligence analysis to identify security risks; develop mitigation strategies involving system hardening, firewalls, VPNs, DNS management, and network security protocols.
• Support system administration tasks across operating systems including Windows and Linux; manage network configurations such as DHCP, GPOs (Group Policy Objects), load balancing, and firewall settings.
• Develop APIs using RESTful services or SOAP for seamless communication between SAP modules and external systems like Web services or React Express applications.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture diagrams, SDLC processes, and technical specifications for compliance audits.
• Promote adherence to best practices in information security standards while supporting vulnerability management initiatives.

• Extensive experience with SAP modules alongside strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles.
• Proficiency in solution architecture design tailored for enterprise environments integrating SAP with Salesforce, Pegasystems, or other CRM platforms.
• Expertise in ETL processes involving SQL, Python scripting, or specialized tools for data transformation.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), networking protocols (DNS/DHCP), and system administration across Windows/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks such as React Express, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database Management System (DBMS), Microsoft SQL Server; experience with No
  
  SQL databases is a plus.
• Strong background in cybersecurity principles including system hardening techniques, vulnerability assessment methodologies, threat intelligence analysis, and cloud security measures.
• Ability to work within Agile project management frameworks while coordinating cross-functional teams effectively.
