Now Hiring CNC Machine Operator

West Hartford, CT

Pay Rate: $35.58 per hour |

Schedule:

3rd Shift | 11:42 PM – 6:42 AM |

Employment Type:

Temp-to-hire after 10 weeks | Must be available to train on the 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:42 AM – 3:12 PM.

CNC Machine Operator Requirements:
Built for Precision
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational or technical training in CNC machining is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of milling machine setup, operation, and programming.
  • Knowledge of tool selection, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming.
Your Everyday Hustle
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
  • Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining operations.
