The primary function of an Assembly Lead is to visually inspect built product; tag and scan built product to a finished goods location and train new assemblers.  This position reports to the Assembly Manager/Assembly Supervisor.
**** Job Responsibilities
***** Tag and scan built product to a finished goods location
* Train new builders
* Visually inspect all built product for general defects
* Acquire replacement parts for damaged pieces
* Gather information for builders production rate
* Classify built product as Finished Goods, Clearance, Special Inspection, Trash
* May assist Manager/Supervisor in creating Assembly Reports
**** Required Qualifications
***** Solid knowledge and competence on WMS scanner gun
* 2-3 years of assembly experience
* Ability to identify product
* Good verbal and listening skills
* Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
* WMS working knowledge
**** Preferred Qualifications
***** Assembly experience
** Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
