Sheridan is seeking a Lead Web Press Operator for the 8-Unit Web to oversee quality, productivity, and crew on the web press. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
The schedule is Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week with overtime pay after 36 hours and a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. Sheridan offers training, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
