Job Overview
Affirmed Home Care Pediatric Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric RN to provide one‑on‑one care in the comfort of clients' homes.
Location:
Fairfield County, Connecticut
Pay Rate: $55.00 – $70.00+ per hour
Schedule:
12‑Hour Shifts Available (Days, Nights & Weekends)
- Provide skilled one‑on‑one pediatric nursing care
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a home setting
- Active Connecticut RN License
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Experience with G‑Tubes and Feeding Tubes
- Trach and Ventilator Care experience required
- Comfortable managing complex pediatric cases
