+ Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care.

+ Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and families.

+ Ensure compliance with all  
** Federal, State, and local laws
** while maintaining ethical practices.

+ Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communicate effectively with physicians and families.

+ Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.

* What We're Looking For:

*
* + A  
** Registered Nurse**  (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.

+  
** 2 years
** of full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing,  
** 1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home.*
* + A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Proficiency with  
** Microsoft Office
** and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
