Quality Supervisor — Direct Hire Opportunity

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring products and manufacturing processes meet company and regulatory standards. This position oversees a team of quality inspectors and technicians, implements quality control procedures, investigates product issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily activities of the quality control team, providing leadership, support, and training.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Review and analyze quality data, generate reports, and present findings to management.
- Investigate and resolve nonconformities, customer complaints, and product quality issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, including ISO, GMP, FDA, AS, and military specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve processes and product quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role as a Supervisor or Chief Inspector.
- Proficient with standard measurement equipment and blueprint reading.
- Experience performing layouts and evaluating inspector output based on work complexity.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- CMM Programming experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO, AS, and/or military specifications strongly desired.
- Technical school, engineering degree, apprenticeship training, or equivalent experience required.
- ASQ Certification and/or NDT Level III Certification are a strong plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
