We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring products and manufacturing processes meet company and regulatory standards. This position oversees a team of quality inspectors and technicians, implements quality control procedures, investigates product issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise daily activities of the quality control team, providing leadership, support, and training.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Review and analyze quality data, generate reports, and present findings to management.
• Investigate and resolve nonconformities, customer complaints, and product quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, including ISO, GMP, FDA, AS, and military specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role as a Supervisor or Chief Inspector.
• Proficient with standard measurement equipment and blueprint reading.
• Experience performing layouts and evaluating inspector output based on work complexity.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• CMM Programming experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO, AS, and/or military specifications strongly desired.

• Technical school, engineering degree, apprenticeship training, or equivalent experience required.
• ASQ Certification and/or NDT Level III Certification are a strong plus.
