Lead Quality for a High‑Precision Manufacturing Operation

As the Quality Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of quality across the operation, including:

• Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9001)
• Incoming, In‑Process & Final Inspection
• Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA/RCCA)
• First Article Inspection (FAI)
• Calibration & Inspection Systems
• Document Control & Compliance
• Quality Metrics & KPI Reporting

You’ll partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Customers, and Suppliers to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.

This isn’t a role where you’re simply maintaining documentation.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
• 3+ years of quality leadership or management experience
• Strong understanding of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Experience with:
• First Article Inspection (FAI)
• PPAP
• CAPA
• Statistical analysis and quality metrics
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly valued:

• Aerospace
• Defense

• Deep Draw Manufacturing
• Metal Stamping
• Precision Machining
• Fabrication
• Industrial Manufacturing
• Automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing environments

Additional experience with Nadcap, AS13100, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CQE/CQA certification, supplier quality, or customer audits is a plus.
