What You’ll OwnAs the Quality Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of quality across the operation, including:
- Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9001)
- Incoming, In‑Process & Final Inspection
- Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA/RCCA)
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Calibration & Inspection Systems
- Document Control & Compliance
- Quality Metrics & KPI Reporting
You’ll partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Customers, and Suppliers to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.

What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
- 3+ years of quality leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience with:
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- PPAP
- CAPA
- Statistical analysis and quality metrics
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly valued:
- Aerospace
- Defense
- Medical Device
- Precision Manufacturing
- Metal Forming
- Deep Draw Manufacturing
- Metal Stamping
- Precision Machining
- Fabrication
- Industrial Manufacturing
- Automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
Additional experience with Nadcap, AS13100, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CQE/CQA certification, supplier quality, or customer audits is a plus.
